This role will be part of a team that will leverage data to shape the direction of NWOW (New Ways of Working i.e. Agile) coaching initiatives and business value generation. This is a flexible position with some in office work and some remote work.Key Job Responsibilities:

Leverage various data sources across the Innovation & Design Office (IDO) and Equitable to identify NWOW opportunities, focus areas and determine impacts of implemented programs.Establish scalable, repeatable, easily consumed reporting to communicate intent, progress and outcomes of NWOW programs.Work across IDO and key stakeholders to establish NWOW data programs that: persuasively influences leaders, rally’s commitment, delivers presentations outlining the benefits of our established programs and measures overall effectiveness of our IDO programs and coaching.Remain up-to-date on data trends, tools, approaches in/outside of equitable and how they can be leveraged to build innovative coaching approaches with new concepts and principles.Collaborate with stakeholders within the IDO and Equitable to establish impactful programs.The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Equitable Total Rewards ProgramRequired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.3+ years working as data analyst, data programmer, or statistician, with strong understanding of business statistics.Working knowledge of data sourcing, management, analysis, reporting and story-telling.Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years professional experience with a strong understanding of data and data analysis including how to best leverage data to help inform decisions, identify opportunity and communicate outcomes.Experience in business economics, finance or the insurance industry.Experience working in an Agile work environment.Experience with Power BI and/or Power Apps.Attention to detail and appreciation of data accuracy and automation.Solid organizational skills to help manage multiple Epic/Features, organize and maintain data/reporting intellectual property and able to prioritize work based on customer needs.Demonstrated experience at driving data projects from design to implementation.Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring that they are aligned where appropriate to create a culture of moving fast without compromising quality.Skills:

Knowledge of business data analysis; ability to collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements.Business Intelligence:

Knowledge of business intelligence; ability to utilize business processes and technologies for gathering, storing, analyzing, and providing access to data that helps the organization make better business decisions.Communicating Complex Concepts:

Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience.Data Analysis Tools:

Knowledge of key uses and benefits of data analysis tools; ability to utilize data analysis tools to identify factors influencing business performance and to gain greater insight into trends within a business, industry and customer base.Data Gathering and Analysis:

Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques and processes; ability to gather and analyze data on the learning needs of a target population.Storytelling:

Knowledge of concepts and ability to plan, create and present business proposals, initiatives and ideas by storytelling actual business scenarios that are situation-specific, engaging, memorable and persuasive as compared to one-way, fact-based presentations.Diversity, Equity and Inclusion:
