What You'll DoDemonstrate a sharp eye for detail. Debug issues and execute so everything “just works.”Eager to take ownership of work, including collaboration with stakeholders and developers through the product development lifecycle.Architect, build and ship engaging, consumer-facing web experiences.Teach and learn new skills with your fellow developers, producing quality code with consistent standards.Change, and be a part of key decision-making processes within the engineering organization.Help the team define, set, and adhere to goals and expectations.Drive a culture around excellence, learning, and connectedness.Participation in key technical decision-making discussions such as sprint planning, software design, and code reviews.Hold systematic weekly 1:1 touch points with engineers to deliver and receive quality feedback.
What We're Looking ForA deep understanding of foundational front-end web technologies, like HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript.Depth understanding of front-end frameworks like React and NextJS.Web Accessibility and Core Web Vitals matter to you.We don’t need you to be a designer, but we want someone who can partner closely with our talented creative team. Experience in Figma is helpful.Strong leadership and mentoring skills. You’ll actively work with more junior developers to provide guidance and help develop their skills and careers.Ability to wrangle build systems. Webpack? Parcel? Gulp? Do you know the difference between “npm i” and “npm ci,” and when they should be used?Personal commitment to being great people to work with and for every day.Familiarity with RV technologies such as Preamo, editable assets, Monarch and Tagular.
Even BetterServer side rendering experience with frameworks such as Nuxt or Next.js.Experience with New Relic or other application performance management tools.Familiarity with projects that implement processes to ensure compliance and prevent violations is a plus.
CompensationUSA Compensation Range: $100,000 - 160,000Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
