Senior AWS DevOps Engineer

We are partnered with a SaaS based company that builds out platforms used for managing customer relations and sales enablement. They have been at the forefront of building an AI-based customer service application recently. The company has been around for nearly 40 years and is publicly traded. They are looking to bring on a Senior AWS DevOps Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will take on some leadership/mentorship responsibilities while helping with their AWS cloud-based services - EC2, S3, Lambdas, etc. You will also assist with containers, enhance their Infrastructure-as-Code, and build upon their CI/CD pipelines.Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience working with AWS infrastructure5+ years of experience working with Linux and Windows servers3+ years of experience working with Kubernetes, Helm, and the related DevOps toolchain in a production environment3+ years of experience using Terraform or similar tools to provision infrastructure from codeDesired Skills & Experience:Experience maintaining ISO 27001 compliance (or equivalent security standard)Familiarity with various CI/CD solutions – for example, Azure DevOps, GitLab, GitHub actions, TeamCity, Octopus DeployExperience working with and tuning Microservices at scale, with production workloadsExperience managing relational and non-relational databases, for example, RDS MySQL, RedShiftFamiliarity with logging, monitoring, and alerting tools – CloudWatch, Splunk, StatusCake, Grafana, PagerDutyScripting experience with PowerShell, Ruby, PythonExperience working with Agile software development teamsThe Offer:Salary + Benefits + Stock after 1 year of employmentYou will receive the following benefits:Medical InsuranceDental BenefitsVision BenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO)401(k) {including match- if applicable}Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
