$62,400 - $83,200 DOEA fully remote law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal/Litigation Secretary to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of litigation experience, strong organizational skills, and fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) for client communications. This role requires familiarity with state and federal court filings, the ability to manage multiple active cases with minimal supervision, and strong knowledge of court rules.Key Requirements:Solid Experience Handling Core Paralegal Tasks:
Must be able to independently manage key tasks such as court filings, managing deadlines (calendaring), and handling discovery (both sending and responding to legal documents).Litigation Experience:
Candidates must meet minimum requirements for handling state and federal court filings and be familiar with class actions and PAGA cases.Experience in Complex Litigation:
Must be comfortable working with little supervision and handling complex litigation matters, including class action and PAGA cases.Paralegal Certification PreferredAdditional Key Qualifications:Must reside in California
