Work Dates Needed: Immediate Need Duration: Approx 9 months
Preferred Schedule: FT Mon - Fri (8a-5p) 1:5 Weekend Rounding and Call
Work Setting: Hospital Dayton, OH
Scope of Work: Non-invasive Cardiologist for hospital based services only No procedures Stress tests Impatient rounding Mornings at 1 site (patient census 8-10), and afternoons at another site (patient census roughly 10-15) Solo work Level I trauma 24/7 Level II cardiac catheterization lab
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: OH license ( Must have) DEA w/OH address Board certified ACLS BLS Covid-19 vaccination card Diploma Internship/Residency Certificate TB Test (within last 12 months) Flu vaccination card (within last 12 months) Procedure logs (past 24 months showing inpatient encounters) 3 peer references (within the past 12 months) CAQH COI for all affiliations Min 1 year experience
