Practice Detail

• Potential to be the Skilled Nursing Facilities Program Medical Director
• Full-time practice: 40 hours per week
• EPIC access remote access from home
• Approximately 2-year compensation guarantee, including:
  • Advance Practice Clinic supervision
  • Quality bonus available
  • 100% production: annual model
• Time off: 240 hours per fiscal year
• No on-call coverage
• Monday through Friday; no weekends, no holidays
• CME stipend of $5,000 per fiscal year and 80 hours of time off
• Up to $12,000 for relocation services
• Ability to teach and mentor medical students from MCW-Green Bay
