Multiple Primary Care opportunities:

• Qualified BE / BC physicians only
• Visa accepted: Yes (J1)
• Practice type: Hospital Employed MSG of over 80 providers
• Position: Full time
• Setting: Outpatient
• Schedule: M-F or 4 day work week option
• Patient volume is 20-25 patients a day
• Call: 1 in 4 or 5

• Total incentives cannot exceed 75% MGMA
