Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.- Assist clients with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and special requests.- Maintain accurate records of client preferences, travel plans, and itineraries.- Coordinate scheduling for travel consultations and manage the calendar for the agency.- Process payments, issue invoices, and track client accounts.- Support the agency with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining internal databases.- Research travel destinations, accommodations, and activities to support clients’ needs.- Work closely with the travel agents and management to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:- Previous experience in customer service, administrative roles, or the travel industry preferred.- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with travel booking software is a plus.- Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.- A passion for travel and helping others plan their perfect getaway.
