This includes support for a LAN/WAN Infrastructure of Corporate users and daily access and usage to corporate systems for 2,000+ franchises nationwide. The role also involves planning, installing, configuring, and optimizing all network hardware, cloud-based infrastructure, software as a service platforms, and communication links.Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide maintenance, enhancements, and implementation for LAN/WAN hardware resources, including network switches, storage systems, load balancers, and backup systemsAdminister all equipment, hardware, and software upgrades for the LAN environmentMonitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reportsAdminister and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rightsProviding daily technical support for SERVPRO'S LAN/WAN physical and cloud-based infrastructureCarry out maintenance, enhancements, and implementation for Single Sign-on infrastructure including Active Directory ServicesMaintain and support off the shelf applicationsManage and maintain security solutions, including firewall and anti-virus systemsManage and maintain data backup processes and resourcesPerform network design and capacity planningDevelop, implement, and maintain disaster recovery infrastructure and processesConduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standardsProvide necessary support for cloud-based platforms including Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Office 365Perform server and security auditsRequired Qualification (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)Five plus years in Technical Production Environment providing LAN/WAN supportFive plus years hands-on experience with Microsoft Server operating systems and operationsThree plus years of experience managing and supporting cloud-based infrastructure and servicesCisco CCNA a plusBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experienceAbout SERVPROFor more than 50 years, SERVPRO® has been a trusted leader in fire and water cleanup and restoration services, mold mitigation, construction, biohazard and pathogen remediation throughout the United States and Canada.
