Job Description
Select Water Solutions’ Clerk performs administrative functions in accordance with policies determined by or in conjunction with management. The Clerk also provides general administrative and clerical support to an assigned location.
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to
- Answers phones and directs calls to appropriate parties or takes messages.
- Greets visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
- Reads and analyzes incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- Performs general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management database systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as needed.
- Provide general clerical support when needed.
- May assist with accounts payables for location.
- May be required to process billing.
- Makes travel arrangements for management.

- Strong skill in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

- Must possess valid driver’s license and be eligible to drive a company vehicle according to Select’s insurance guidelines.
- This position requires self-awareness and initiative.
- Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers.
- Typing of 55 wpm (minimum).

Compensation Information
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Physical Demands and Exposures
- This position works inside a climate-controlled environment. The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.
- Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm.
- Involves sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.
- Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
