Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a fast-growing Fintech organization to identify a FP&A Manager to join their team. This position will require 3 days/week in-office in Providence.

The FP&A Manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare/update quarterly forecasting, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow projections, as well as associated reporting and financial reconciliations.
- Conduct analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance to identify trends and insights.
- Collaborate in the establishment, tracking, and review of budgets across various teams.
- Work closely with other members of the finance team to maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial reports.
- Offer strategic business support by leveraging data analysis to drive initiatives focused on improving margins and cost optimization across the organization.
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of demonstrated experience in FP&A with a track record of career progression.
- Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Tableau is preferred.
- Proficiency in utilizing financial data to facilitate cross-departmental decision-making and provide business support.
