Our client is currently seeking a
HR Manages to oversee 3 sites
. Home base would be in Chicago and travel to two plants in Pennsylvania.*25 percent travel*$90-115k+ bonus*Must speak Spanish at least conversationallyResponsibilities:Employee Relations and Performance Management:
Provides day-to-day employee relations and performance counseling. Ensures fair and consistent administration of all human resources policies and practices. Resolves employee concerns and issues. Implements programs related to human resources and employee relations.HR Policies and Compliance:
Partners with management in communicating HR policies, procedures, laws, and regulations. Maintains compliance with federal and state employment regulations. Conducts investigations as needed.Benefits and Payroll:
Administers payroll processing, time and attendance, paid time off benefits, and compensation programs.Training and Development:
Delivers and administers training programs. Conducts new hire orientation and onboarding activities.HRIS and Reporting:
Maintains accurate records in the HRIS system and prepares necessary reports.Recruitment and Staffing:
Posts open positions, reviews resumes, screens applicants, and coordinates interviews.Other Duties:
Performs other duties as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field3 years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing environmentPHR/SPHR certification preferredBilingual Spanish/EnglishDemonstrated ability to model leadership behaviorsKnowledge of Federal/State employment lawsStrong conflict resolution, oral, written, and presentation skillsGood organizational, planning, and follow-up skillsAbility to travel as needed
