Seeking to hire a Material Handler in Oklahoma, OK 73107.Benefits and weekly pay16.00 per hourMonday to Friday730a to 4pThe Supply Chain Material Handler is responsible for performing labelling, shipping, receiving, and inventory control operationsMaterial includes raw material and components for commercial production.The position requires working both at the Fort Worth production site and at the companys contracted warehouse.The position also requires working in a controlled non-classified environmentLastly, the position will prepare and maintain documentation for transactions performed in an ERP systemAll duties performed will be as outlined in cGMP regulations and standard operating procedures.ResponsibilitiesMaterial receipt, inventory control and production supportReceipt of incoming materials acquired via purchase ordersConfirms material received matches the P.O and processes the receipt transactions.Initiates documentation per SOP for receipt of cGMP materials and performs receiving inspection for some components and moves or directs materials to Quarantine.Assist with sampling raw materials.Coordinates material movement, sampling and labelling of raw materials and components with Quality Assurance.Issues and transports raw materials and components for batch manufacturing.Establishes and manages storeroom inventory levels for manufacturing consumable supplies and shipping supplies.Performs the physical tasks involved in receiving, shipping and storing of raw materials, finished products, in process used materials and other equipment.Coordinates material and product transfer requirements directly with manufacturing personnel.Performs inventory transactions on the ERP systemResponsible for supporting complete and accurate inventory transaction documentation and files.Maintains required segregation, security, labelling and storage conditions for all inventory materials.Performs routine cycle counts, evaluates variance reports, investigates discrepancies and recommends corrective actions.Maintains clean, organized and safe warehouse and dispensing areas.Operates material handling equipment for the movement and storage of materials.Shipping and distribution operations includingGenerates bills of lading and declarations of hazardous materials.Prepares temperature sensitive filled product for shipment to commercial partners as well as contract manufacturers per SOPs.Establishes and manages storeroom inventory levels for manufacturing consumable supplies and shipping supplies.Additional DutiesResponsible for providing accurate and complete documentation as per company SOP associated with manufacturing production and Supply Chain duties.Satisfactorily completes all cGMP, GCP, GLP andr safety training as applicable to job requirements.Performs additional duties to meet company objectives as directed by the company leadership.EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Licenses Certifications Valid Drivers LicenseExperience1 plus yrsexperience in a supply chain, multi site distribution, logistics, or warehouse operationsMust come from a regulated industry, preferably in a pharmaceutical life science manufacturing environment.Experience with inventory management, manufacturing, and or supply chainFamiliarity using ERP systems, Excel, and WordCompetencesMust be able to effectively work in a team environment.Familiar with a cGMP operations and requirements.Must be computer literate and proficient with ERP inventory transactions.Willing to work with chemicals and hazardous goods.Knowledge of handling temperature sensitive products including exposure to environment in cold storage areas.Familiarity with DOT, IATAA regulations.Strong analytical and problem solving skillsDetail oriented and highly accurate with numerical information.Must take responsibility for assigned tasks and be able to meet critical timelines.Demonstration of sound judgment by taking appropriate actions regarding questionable findings or concerns.Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environmentPhysical DemandsMay be required to wear various PPE including a respiratorFor Males this may require shavingAbility to lift 50 lbsAbility to operate material handling equipment.
