This is a tech job Interest Rate Risk Management Baseline understanding of Capital Markets (Will ask candidate their knowledge) What a Bond is How to price Bond Trade to Conversion What goes into pricing a Bond Basics Interest rate swaps - What is the option is Business Knowledge Candidate wants to manager projects Projects: Dead Hedge - improve or expand the banks capability to issue debt and manage that debt (interest risk). Modernizing and expanding the capabilities. Enhancement of debt issuant risk for the bank. Lots of understanding Financial Transaction executed by bank and understanding the hedging disciplining is to offset the interest risk on those transactions executed by bank. Issuant to capability to manage that interest rate that associate with that debt. Accounting and reporting and confidence with project. Key understanding the debt issuant is or funding or when bank issues a bond then managing that bond. Description: Candidate will be a member of a team of business analysts, developers, testers and scrum masters. Candidate would have experience in Business Analysis and Requirements documentation. Candidate will support solution development for the following groups involved in the trade lifecycle: Front office Middle office Finance Operations Regulatory and Operational Compliance Risk (market, credit, capital, liquidity, etc…) Candidate would have hands on experience delivering solutions for: Interest Rate Derivatives Foreign Exchange Derivatives Futures Bonds and Securities Secured and Unsecured Money Market Instruments Loans Candidate would have experience as a working member of an agile software development team Candidate would have experience working with teams in geographically diverse locations Candidate would have knowledge on balance sheet and income statements Candidate would be comfortable working in an environment with Python, Java, Angular2 and like solutions. Candidate would have good communication skills and experience working in a cross functional organization.
