It will ensure compliance with all State and Federal requirements pertaining to hourly labor.Detailed Responsibilities:Coordinate with department managers to identify current and future hiring needsCoordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring of individuals for assignmentDrive reduction of reliance on temp labor and increase internal hiredAttend networking events and increase local presence in the communityWork with the Director of HR to ensure that there are robust and agreed recruitment and retention standards in the locationDevelop and manage relationships with all temp agencies, seasonal team and NPO groups to provide a variety of avenues to staff locationCollate, interpret and analyze data for strategic workforce planning and measurement of business impactMaintain a current knowledge and understanding or regulations, laws, best practices and new developments in hourly labor HR compliancePartner with Director of HR on any emerging technology/system enhancements that may support staffing initiativesEnsure effective management of labor spend, temp spend and labor to sales ratiosSupport major events and new business openingsDrive Compass Labor Sharing via MyStaff and build relationships with local Compass locationsDevelop and maintain location staff gridsMaintain timekeeping system and ensure payroll/invoicing is accurateEnsure consistency of Levy branding across staffing campaignsAssist in various HR projects and initiativesWork with local universities to develop a pipeline of hourly talentWork with NPO Coordinator to ensure staffing levels are metOther duties as assignedJob Requirements:3 + years previous experience with staffing in a hospitality spaceExperience managing large scale projectsHigh level of computer literacyPassion for hospitality, food, and retailExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skillsCurious about Life at Levy?
