In accordance with professional standards of care and adhering to corporate philosophy of OSFMG, the advanced practice nurse/physician assistant shall be responsible for:
* Providing high quality patient care to the patients of OSF.* Providing such professional Advanced Practice services.* Maintaining the consistency and quality of all services provided to the Practice and its patients.* Maintaining full and current patient medical records, including reports of all examinations, procedures, and other services performed by Provider or other support staff.* Exercising diligence in assisting the Ministry CEO in keeping costs of the Practice to a minimum while maintaining a high level of quality care for patients.* Providing a truly personalized, patient-centric experience to patients of the Practice and the OSF Hospital aligned to the patient's preferences, goals and needs.
