**Experience:** Previous experience in PICU and NICU required. Experience in pediatric units such as peds medsurg, peds ED boarders, and postpartum/mother-baby is necessary. Comfort with pediatric cases is a must.
**License:** State license required. Pending licenses accepted; however, must be obtained before the specified start date.
**Certifications:**- BLS- NRP- PALS (required)- ACLS (preferred)- Dr. Brown's Infant Driven Feeding Certification (required, submission acceptable if pending)
**Must-Have:**- Epic experience- Adherence to the float policy- Willingness to float to various pediatric units- A minimum of two out of three winter holidays worked- Ability to work every other weekend
**Job Description:**- Work as part of a Supplemental Resource Office Pediatric Float Pool.- Float to various pediatric units, including PICU, NICU, peds medsurg, peds ED boarders, and postpartum/mother-baby.- Clinical review and auto offer available for start dates specified.- Offers available for 36 or 48 hours per week.- Approval for up to 40 hours of time off.- Flu vaccine required with no exemptions.- Provide references as required.- Follow facility background policy and return staff policy.- BSN preferred.- Nursys verification required for submittal.- Orientation includes 16 hours of non-billable training.
