We're seeking a

Cardiac Cath Lab Shift Nurse Manager (Registered Nurse / RN),

responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the daily operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab. This individual will be responsible for:Supervising staff and facilitating communication with physicians and internal administrators to provide optimal patient and family-centered care.Is recognized as a change agent and routinely leads efforts to strengthen organizatonal systems that support the mission, vision, and values of the department.Demonstrates insight, judgment, and clinicall sound risk-taking.Role models delegation skills to colleages and assist them in effective delegation utilizing the Synergy model for

care.Incorporates Synergy model for care in nurse/patient assignments.Minimum Qualifications:Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Nursing.Two years experience as an RN with a minimum of two years of experience in the area of concentration.Must have a valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board.BLS required and ACLS may be required in designated departments.If promoted internally or hired externally, the incumbent must complete UCN/SNM criteria requirements within nine months of promotion or hire, including completion of Enhancing your Communication HLC#6488, completion of formal preceptor training workshop and enrollment in LEAP course.JOIN OUR TEAM TODAY!
