The
Occupational Therapist
implements occupational therapy programs and provides occupational therapy treatments to patients to facilitate increased independence and functioning, under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities:Implements patient's individualized treatment plan as established by the primary Occupational TherapistWorks with other members of the rehabilitation team to develop programs consistent with the needs and capabilities of each patientInstructs patients, families, and other caregivers in the skills and techniques of the occupational therapy treatment program under the supervision of the Occupational TherapistEvaluate residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and develop a treatment plan that includes a target list, short-term and long-term goals.Qualifications
Associate's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program or Licensed Occupational Therapist; OTR/L certificationMust be 18 years and olderCovid Vaccine required unless an approved exemption is presented upon hiring* New * Now offering Education Assistance:
