PC Refresh Technician (Local to MN)

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Refresh Specialist for a utility client in Minneapolis, MN. his position will sit local to Minneapolis, MN and require around 60% travel to surrounding locations. This individual will be responsible for traveling around to different branch locations and replacing existing old hardware with new hardware. The hardware is prebuilt but may require some assembly in certain cases. We are looking for individuals with roughly 2-4 years of experience in a desktop/helpdesk support.

Skills and Requirements
-2-4 years of IT experience in a support role (troubleshooting, helpdesk, desktop support, etc.)
-Excellent communications skills (this will be a customer facing role)
-Experience with the following technologies (Windows 11, ServiceNow, Active Directory, AzureAD, etc.)
-Basic level troubleshooting skills
-High attention to detail
-Drivers license and reliable transportation
-Proficiency in Windows 11
-Familiarity with general peripherals
-Experience with ServiceNow for managing and tracking tickets
-Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD for managing user and device access
-These skills will enable the technician to effectively manage, troubleshoot, and update systems as part of the PC refresh project. null
