Position Summary
Administrative Assistant provides support to the operations team by managing administrative tasks, including real estate transactions and fleet vehicle management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in processing and managing payments for real estate transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
Maintaining records of transactions.
Managing fleet vehicle claims, including accident reports and insurance claims.
Assist in coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance related to claims.
Managing Asset Tracking system.
Maintain file record of claims in an organized filing system.
Support team communication and coordinate with Operations Leadership on various tasks.
Additional tasks as assigned.
Education, Experience, & Training
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in an administrative support role preferred
Real estate or management experience is a plus
Skills and Abilities
Excellent communication and organization skills with the ability to multitask.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Sense of urgency required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Demands
Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
Ability to work occasional long or irregular hours.
