Job Description
In this role, you will primarily work with specific customer accounts, maintaining relationships and taking customer service calls via phone, email, or fax. You will answer any questions related to shipments or billing and build strong relationships, being on a first-name basis with your customers.
Responsibilities
Maintain relationships with specific customer accounts.
Handle customer service calls via phone, email, or fax.
Answer questions regarding shipments and billing.
Enter extensive data into computer software.
Take and input orders into the system.
Essential Skills
Strong customer service skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
Clerical and typing skills.
High School Diploma.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Order taking experience.
Work Environment
The position operates Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling a 37.5-hour work week. The dress code is business casual. The work environment features a small company with an open office layout where everyone has a desk within one big office. There is room for growth within the company in terms of salary and responsibilities.
