DESCRIPTION

Acosta Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a

Senior System Administrator (Blue Yonder, Category Management).

In this role, you will be responsible for the effective administration, configuration, and optimization of our Blue Yonder Category Management System. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) solutions and have hands-on experience in configuring and managing category management processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

System Administration

: Maintain the Blue Yonder Category Management On Prem platform for optimal performance. Perform system monitoring, analysis, and tuning. Implement system updates, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with IT teams.

Configuration and Customization

: Tailor the system to meet business requirements and best practices. Engage with end-users and stakeholders to align system configurations with their needs.

User Support

: Provide prompt technical support, resolve system-related issues, and conduct training sessions to enhance user competence and confidence.

Documentation

: Keep detailed records of system configurations, modifications, and procedural documents. Update user guides and training materials regularly.

Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

5-8 Years experience in a Space Management related position with a clear focus on Blue Yonder CKB - system configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.

Deep and proven experience with Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) solutions, which include Space Planning, Floor Planning, CKB, Open Access, Assortment Optimization, Space Automation, Planogram Generator.

SQL Programming with a focus on database management and query optimization.

Comprehensive understanding of category management processes and principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This role is remote, allowing you to work from home or any other suitable location with a reliable internet connection.

Physical requirements are typical of a remote work environment, predominantly involving computer use and virtual communication.

Infrequent travel may be required to attend meetings, trainings, or coordinate with teams as needed.
