Bonus based upon Division Performance and overall company profitability. Annual Bonus is up to the discretion of the Board of Directors. Deferred Compensation: Annual distribution to Deferred Compensation Plan, based solely on overall company performance and profitability. Plan is utilized similar to 401k but specific to key leaders within the company that directly drive/impact the EBITDA of the company.
Group of key leaders share approximately 5% of Available EBITDA, and split per Board of Directors discretion.Additional Benefits: Company Truck, including the ability to take home and use personally. All vehicle maintenance, fuel, and tolls are paid for by the company. Personal use of vehicle is acceptable, although fuel expense is not covered for personal trips. 90% of Health Insurance covered by the company, available to add dependents but at the expense of the employee. 401K with 3% Annual Matching + Additional Profit Sharing/distribution based on company overall profitability. 15 Days of Vacation plus additional National Holidays.Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to fill the role of Permanent Vice President, Wet Utilities in our rapidly growing construction company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all wet utilities operations! This position is expected to lead the entire Wet Utilities division for entire company, but with a focus on the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Expected to oversee and manage the process of Business Development, Pre-Construction (Estimating), Construction Management, Project Close-Out, and Invoicing for all wet utility projects throughout the company.1. This position will immediately oversee 1 Construction Supervisor and 2 Associated In-House Crews, plus additional subcontractors to complete the work.2. The Intent is for this division to GROW and need this position to be comfortable managing all phases of the construction process, as well as Business Development to assist in this growth. 3. Hiring/Firing for in-house crews and subcontractors is an expected responsibility of this position4. This position will also be responsible for communicating directly with clients and creating relationships with both existing and new clients. 5. This position is expected to plan, direct, and coordinate with subcontractors/in-house crews to manage the timeliness, quality, and overall profitability of the entire area and specific departments they are overseeing. 6. Other responsibilities include invoicing, hiring employees and subcontractors, and coordination of fleet for the region.7. This position will directly report to the President of the company.8. 10+ Years of specific Wet Utility Construction Experience. 9. Overall Construction Management, Estimating Experience.10.
