Position SummaryAs a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes. You will work collaboratively with cross functional teams to drive efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in our production operations. Your expertise will help us maintain our commitment to quality while keeping pace with the ever-evolving manufacturing landscape. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and workflows to optimize production efficiency and quality. Develop and implement manufacturing standards, work instructions, and process documentation Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the manufacturing process Working out on the production area repairing fixtures, writing work instructions, and helping to helping streamline production processes Candidates will also help take test failures on circuit boards, create spreadsheets, and doing root cause/failure analysisWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Required Skills & ExperienceBachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 3-5 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer or related role Most of what they work on is more electro-mechanical vs heavy machinery or industrial mechanical candidates with an electro-mechanical background will be preferred. Experience with continuous improvement, building test scriptures, and experience working with & writing work instructions for production Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen). Nice to Have Skills & ExperienceCAD software- SolidWorks, AutoCAD ESD Controls Knowledge of quality assurance practices and methodologies is a plus.
