We are seeking a highly quantitative and detail-oriented Capital Planning and Forecasting, Vice President. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, execution, and delivery of data-driven fundraising reports that support our investment business lines and institutional client base.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage both recurring and ad hoc fundraising reports for investment team leaders and Blue Owl senior leadership.Collaborate with investment operations and client servicing teams to understand client needs and customize reports accordingly.Utilize advanced reporting platforms and analytical tools to extract, analyze, and synthesize data, creating insightful reports that inform quantitative decision-making.Generate data-driven reports to evaluate the success of fundraising campaigns and identify statistical trends for strategic planning.Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop communication materials and finalize reports on deliverables.Engage proactively with internal institutional sales team members to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of record updates and communications.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, Physics, or other quantitative disciplines is required.Strong preference for candidates with experience in investment banking or accounting, particularly those holding a CPA.Minimum of 7 years of experience in business reporting, analysis, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Commitment to maintaining high standards of ethics and confidentiality.
It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $150,000 - $200,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
