Join our team as a dedicated Registered Nurse in the Home Health department. This day shift role involves a 40•hour work week, Monday to Friday, with a 13•week contract.
Responsibilities:• Deliver home•based patient care• Manage patient records via Oasis EMR• Comply with health and safety regulations
Requirements:• Valid MA Nursing License• 2 years nursing experience• BLS Certification• Ability to float as needed• COVID•19 vaccination recommended
Additional Information:• Position based in Leominster, MA, location may vary• No specific scrub color• PPE and parking details provided later• 1:1 patient ratio
