Join Epsilon, a leader in Data & Technology Solutions at Publicis Groupe, as our Director of Partnerships and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships in a collaborative, innovative environment. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Tech & Data Channels and Alliances, you'll leverage your expertise in MarTech, AdTech, and Data partnership management to expand our market footprint and achieve key revenue targets. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and executive leadership, you'll develop and manage partnerships that create joint value propositions and innovative solutions, addressing clients' evolving needs. Your role will be crucial in fostering strong internal and external relationships, ensuring that our collective efforts lead to shared revenue growth and market expansion, embodying the ethos of achieving more together.
What You’ll Achieve
Grow and scale partnership revenue within our Technology & Data offerings, including Marketing Cloud, Loyalty, Data Infrastructure, and more.
Implement proven processes to manage partnerships effectively, including developing joint goals, operating plans, and metrics.
Lead the execution of go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with Epsilon’s critical initiatives.
Manage partner lead generation, pipeline development, sales enablement and ongoing growth of partners.
Meet key annual revenue and margin quota targets by partner and territory.
Contribute directly to product revenue goals by leveraging partner channels.
Increase Epsilon product awareness and market share through strategic partner relationships.
Organize Epsilon’s strategy for efficient and effective interactions with partners.
Who You Are
What you’ll bring with you:
8+ years in Advertising & AdTech, Marketing & MarTech, Agency & System Integrator, Data Infrastructure, and Consumer Data & Identity ecosystems.
Proven track record of 5+ years in partnership management with a history of building and growing revenue producing partnerships.
Experience in building channel strategies and related collateral from the ground up, including playbooks, KPIs, dashboards, and partner enablement materials.
Ability to build commitment and drive actions across organizational boundaries through strong networking and influence management skills.
Highly credible communicator with excellent project management skills and a track record of delivering results.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, time management, and organizational skills.
Educational Background: MBA or relevant business experience preferred.

Pay Range: $153,000 to $216,000
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to, the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
