Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will perform visual inspections of electronic cards, sub-assemblies, and systems to ensure all products meet established specifications for reliability and workmanship. This role is essential in maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesPerform visual inspection of electronic cards, sub-assemblies, and systems to ensure product meets established specifications for reliability and workmanship.Utilize gauges, templates, microscopes, and other manufacturing aids to verify product specifications.Ensure all required process operations have been completed on inspected products.Enter all quality data into appropriate electronic or manual systems.Notify appropriate personnel if unusual product defects are identified or if process yields fall below acceptable levels.Provide timely feedback to manufacturing if non-conforming product is identified.Accurately complete all administrative activities associated with quality inspection.Perform process audits and assist manufacturing with the interpretation of quality and workmanship standards.Assist with the disposition of all non-conforming materials/products.Essential SkillsProficiency in quality control and quality assurance procedures.Experience with visual inspection techniques.Knowledge of blueprint reading.Experience in inspection and manufacturing operations.Why Work Here?
