Duties
Manage and litigate cases related to:
Insurance Defense LitigationInsurance Coverage & Bad FaithProduct LiabilityAppellate Representation
Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.Prepare and draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and motions.Represent clients in court proceedings and mediation.Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary case information.Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices relevant to insurance defense.Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of legal experience, preferably in insurance defense or related areas.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Professionalism and ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proven ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications
Active license to practice law in Indiana (required).Skills
