Coordinate case and legal strategy for immigration litigation cases.Manage multiple cases and adhere to all deadlines.Prepare and revise court documents, including motions, briefs, and memoranda.Conduct thorough legal research and draft written materials.Stay informed on legislative changes and judicial case law related to immigration.Market the firm’s services to potential clients and stakeholders.Represent clients during court hearings and trials.Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.Active bar license in good standing from any U.S. state or Puerto Rico.Authorization to work in the United States.Fluent in Spanish.Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration law (preferred).Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.Certifications
Active bar license in good standing from any U.S. jurisdiction.Skills
