What You'll Do:
Oversee client accounts, projects, and engagements to include managing work plans, staffing, timelines, and budgets across all lifecycle phases, while leading consulting engagements that include high-level process analysis, recommendations, and transactional flow analysis, all within an integrated project planLead cross-functional project teams, including NetSuite consultants, developers, and client stakeholders, to achieve project goalsCollaborate with clients to capture business requirements, spearhead Business Requirements Documentation, and contribute to project plan developmentProactively identify and address project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategiesConduct post-implementation reviews to identify improvement opportunities and integrate lessons learned into future projectsAct as a NetSuite Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing strategic guidance to both project teams and clientsMaintain and update process diagrams, documentation, and best practices for NetSuite configurationRegularly meet with team members to prioritize tasks, monitor progress, and assess the need for additional resourcesRecognize and address out-of-scope customer requests, present mutually beneficial solutions, and help set realistic expectationsDefine User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and ensure successful customer testing throughout the implementationGuide customers through the change management process, providing resources and strategies to ensure a smooth and effective transition.Actively participate in business development opportunities and market a full range of services to prospective clients including using existing relationships to generate new opportunitiesWhat You'll Bring:
9+ years of experience in professional services with at least 5 years of experience leading and managing NetSuite implementationsProven ability to efficiently manage multiple projects, schedules, and tasks concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resultsExperience mentoring and developing junior team members and helping project teams resolve issuesConsistent success in building and developing strong client relationshipsNetSuite Suite Foundation, Administrator or ERP Consultant Certification or equivalent experience preferredProficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OutlookQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field from an accredited university
For applicants located in Chicago, IL, CrossCountry Consulting is required to include an estimate of the compensation range for this role. The following range takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to, skills, experience, education, licenses, certifications, business needs, and internal equity. An estimate of the current range is $120,000 - $254,000 per year + annual bonus + additional benefits.
