Draft and negotiate commercial contracts related to copyright, IP licensing, and tech transactions.Work on entertainment deals and engage with clients in the music and content industries.Ensure compliance with relevant legal standards and protect clients' intellectual property rights.Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information in accordance with firm policies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex copyright and licensing agreements.Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.Background in copyright, IP licensing, tech transactions, or entertainment deals.Familiarity with the music, entertainment, or content industries is preferred.Strong analytical and negotiation skills.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications
Active membership in the state bar relevant to the office location or eligibility for admission.Skills
