A law firm located in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an experienced Healthcare Regulatory Attorney. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare law and experience advising a wide range of healthcare providers, specialty practices, and associated entities. This role involves providing regulatory counsel to ensure full compliance with both federal and state healthcare regulations.Duties:Offer comprehensive regulatory guidance to healthcare providers, focusing on compliance with federal and state healthcare laws.Handle matters involving healthcare laws such as HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and other key regulations.Collaborate with other attorneys within the firm on multidisciplinary legal issues.Assist healthcare clients in navigating regulatory frameworks, compliance audits, and risk management strategies.Participate in healthcare transactions, regulatory audits, and internal investigations for healthcare organizations.Requirements:Minimum of 8+ years of experience in healthcare regulatory law.Expertise in federal and state healthcare regulations.Experience providing legal counsel to healthcare providers, specialty practices, and vendors.Ability to handle healthcare compliance and risk management issues.Strong understanding of healthcare transactions and audits.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active Bar membership in California.Skills:In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, etc.).Familiarity with regulatory bodies such as HHS, CMS, and state healthcare agencies.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
