Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic

to join our team, focusing on our accounting software applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating current business processes, identifying improvements, and ensuring a seamless experience for internal users.
Key Responsibilities:ct as a liaison between internal users and the IT team, effectively communicating user needs and technical limitations.ct as a skilled liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders to extract, gather, analyze, document, communicate, and validate requirements to bridge the gap between technical feasibility and business objectives.Gather and document requirements for system enhancements, translating business needs into technical specifications.Lead user requirement gathering and responding promptly to user requests.Develop and maintain clear and concise business requirement documents.nalyze and improve business processes through technology solutions, aiming to reduce manual tasks and enhance user experience.Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of software updates and new features.Ensure quality, reliability, and completeness of the services deployed through thorough testing.Provide ad hoc and project-based reporting, queries, and analysis as required.Balance multiple initiatives and projects, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting implementation deadlines.Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices, suggesting improvements for business operations.Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in accounting or financial software or a related field.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on providing practical business solutions.Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical issues to a non-technical audience.Experience with JIRA, Confluence.Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
