Manage litigation cases involving product liability, commercial litigation, and general liability defense.Serve as local and national counsel for various high-end clients in industries such as automotive, motorsport, and aviation.Draft and file legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery.Conduct depositions, and attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide top-tier legal representation.Provide legal advice and updates to clients, ensuring timely communication.Participate actively in trial preparation and support senior attorneys during trial.Requirements:
3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in defense or related practice areas.Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail and deadlines.A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in the state of Oregon (Required).Skills:
