Juris Doctorate degree and active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.1-3 years of litigation experience, with a preference for personal injury cases.Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Experience in Federal Court practice is a plus.Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.Proven negotiation skills, particularly in dealing with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel.Strong academic record and stable employment history.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications
Licensed to practice law in Florida (required).Skills
