CACI is seeking a Software Developer to support the Army Reprogramming Analysis Team (ARAT) program at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. In support of the Communications Electronic Command (CECOM). You will be part of an integrated team to maintain effectiveness in defeating worldwide electronic warfare and signals threats while using problem-solving skills and ability to work with a team in support of on-going projects and innovations.
Responsibilities:
Support ARAT’s Systems Engineering & Integration (SEI) Branch in development efforts to instantiate the new Electronic Warfare “Arsenal” onto ARAT’s ASPEN environment.
Working in collaboration with the Branch Chief, you will identify and execute requirements to specifications which will meet the needs of the warfighter.
Develop solutions for integration and testing activities that reduce delivery complexity, accelerate delivery, and verify functionality.
Required Qualifications:
Active Secret Level Security Clearance at a minimum, with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
Active TS/SCI strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in software development, computer engineering or other development discipline
4+ years of experience working with software development
Familiarity with Asp.Net Core
Familiarity with DSO Pipelines to include Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) and Static App Security Testing (SAST) scans
Familiarity with STIGs, App specific cyber compliancy
Familiarity with PostgreSQL
Familiarity with Application Programming Interfaces (API)
Understanding of Cloud Architectures
Understanding of Containerization
Desired Requirements:
Savvy with Containerization
Understanding of Software Frameworks
General Understanding of RF and Digital Signal Processing (DSP)
Understanding of Software Configuration Management
Android application development experience preferred.
TAK application development experience preferred.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
