Mill Valley, CADuties:Manage personal injury and medical malpractice cases from intake to settlement discussions and/or trial.Conduct depositions, manage written discovery, and handle pre-trial motions.Review medical records extensively to determine case merit and manage accepted cases.Draft demand letters, mediation statements, and conduct legal research.Engage in oral arguments and participate in jury trials as needed.Collaborate with a small team of attorneys and support staff on large cases.Requirements:Minimum of three years’ experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, or general litigation.Strong academic background and excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to speak a second language, particularly Spanish, is a plus but not required.Willingness to work in a progressive and client-focused law firm environment.Education:Juris Doctorate (JD)Certifications:Admission to the California State Bar is required.Skills:Strong litigation skills, including legal research, deposition handling, and pre-trial preparation.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
