Based in Hollywood, CA, you will provide exceptional administrative support within our dynamic and ambitious environment. Handles supervisor's calendar and schedules appointments for supervisor and overall departmentScreens and responds to incoming calls and correspondenceProcesses all travel and departmental expensesDistributes mail and maintains office suppliesPerforms clerical duties such as filing, typing, and copying documentsArranges programs, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budgetActs as custodian of corporate documents and recordsComposes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other documents including International press coverage and reportsBuilds and maintains database, distribution lists, and spreadsheet filesArranges travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetings, tours and eventsBasic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience1+ years experience in administrative supportProficient with Outlook, Excel, and PowerPointAdditional Qualifications
Ability to maintain confidentialityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and project coordination skillsAbility to balance multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently, and meet strict deadlines

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
