Lead Damage Assessments : Set and manage appointments to investigate damage alongside Engineers, Architects, and clients. Use your construction and restoration knowledge to evaluate the full scope of complex property losses.

Work Directly with Decision-Makers : Collaborate closely with our CEO, COO, estimators, and sales team, bringing your findings and insights to ensure claim accuracy and advocacy for the policyholder.

Prepare and Support Claims : Document, explain, and support claims for policyholders, guiding them through each step of the insurance process.

Navigate Property Insurance : Use your understanding of property insurance and investigative skills to identify and document damages accurately.

Who We're Looking For:

Xactimate Expertise : Proven experience with Xactimate is a plus, helping you create accurate and detailed estimates for claim submissions.

Background in Construction, Restoration, or Adjusting : One year or more preferred, with strong knowledge of building principles for residential and commercial properties.

Communication Pro : You're a "people person" who can confidently explain coverage, guide policyholders, and negotiate on their behalf.

Independent, Driven, and Team-Oriented : You excel at working independently while also enjoying the support of a cohesive team.

Must-Haves:

Ability to obtain a Public Adjusters License in Colorado and neighboring states (CO, KS, NE, ND, SD, WY, MO, IA).

Clean criminal record and reliable transportation.

Strong time-management, analytic, and negotiation skills.
