Job Description: As a Business Analyst, you will join the Client's Business Integrated Solutions Division (BISD) to support the Business Analytics and Testing Support Team. In this role, you will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring business requirements are thoroughly understood, documented, and met. You will work in both Agile (Sprint) and Waterfall methodologies, helping deliver software enhancements that meet the customer's needs. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, ensuring that both business and technical processes are aligned with the client's objectives. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to understand and document business processes, needs, and pain points. Advocate for customer needs throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring requirements are clearly defined and met. Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify gaps in systems and processes, proposing business or technical solutions. Create and maintain process flows, context diagrams, and data flow diagrams to communicate changes effectively. Document customer-centric requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria focused on enhancing business and technical processes. Break down requirements into Epics, Features, and user stories, ensuring they are aligned with customer goals and easy to implement. Map user stories to system designs and modifications, ensuring solutions meet the customer's expectations. Assist in organizing and maintaining product and sprint backlogs, prioritizing based on customer needs. Perform Quality Assurance tasks, defining and executing test cases, and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress throughout the project. Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies: 10+ years of experience delivering business and data analysis artifacts with a customer-focused approach. 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst, including working with Scrum teams and representing the customer in sprint reviews. Experience organizing and managing Product and Sprint backlogs, prioritizing tasks based on customer needs. Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in SQL/database management and supporting customer-driven solutions. Experience with software development tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira for Agile work item tracking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Project Server). Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to advocate for customers and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Experience with reporting systems, operational data stores, data warehouses, and data lakes. Desired Skills: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) PMI - Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) PMI - Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Experience with automated testing tools such as Test Complete, Cucumber, or Selenium.
