Unit Information: 5E MED SURG.Number of Beds – 36.Number of Staff – 55 employees (Day Shift – 1 Clinical coordinator/6 RNs/3 techs/1 unit secretary, Night Shift – 1 Clinical coordinator/6 RNs/2 techs).Patient Ratios – 1:6.Type of equipment – Baxter IV pumps, Medfusion pumps, SCD's.EMR – Meditech.Best personality Fit: Team player with positive attitude, strong patient advocate, able to work in a fast pace environment.Awards/Recognition: Top patient experience scores measured through HCAHPS.
