Real Estate

Staff Attorney

to join its

Corporate

group in the

Baltimore

office. This is an exciting opportunity for a staff attorney to be part of an expanding and fast-paced practice that provides a comprehensive range of corporate services to a diverse client base.

Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school

with a strong academic record.

Bar admission in Maryland (link removed)>4+ years

of substantive experience in

commercial real estate (link removed)>Proficiency in managing

real estate closings ,

acquisitions ,

sales , and

financing transactions (link removed)>Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic legal advice in general corporate matters related to commercial real estate transactions, intellectual property issues, litigation strategy, and business disputes.

Collaborate with a team of attorneys to manage complex transactions and deliver effective legal solutions.

Support and engage with a diverse portfolio of local and national clients across various industries.

Contribute to the firm's reputation by participating in community organizations and initiatives.
