secured transactions ,
representing both borrowers and lenders (link removed)>A demonstrated understanding of, or keen interest in,
syndicated and acquisition financing transactions (link removed)>Proven experience in transaction closings and drafting relevant financing documents.
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in sophisticated corporate debt transactions, including secured lending and acquisition finance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to draft and review complex financial documents and agreements.
Provide counsel to borrowers and lenders on all phases of transaction structuring and closings.
Contribute to high-profile finance projects with national and international clients, ensuring compliance and optimizing transaction terms.
Develop client relationships and support business development efforts within the firms finance practice.
