Our client a prestigious well-known firm is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal specializing in Commercial Real Estate to join their dynamic legal team in Miami. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in commercial real estate transactions to contribute to our growing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in the preparation and review of commercial real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan documents.
Conduct thorough due diligence, including title and survey reviews, and coordinate with title companies and surveyors.
Draft and manage correspondence, legal documents, and closing checklists.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical files related to commercial real estate transactions.
Coordinate and assist with closings, including preparation of closing documents and ensuring all closing conditions are met.
Research and analyze legal issues related to commercial real estate transactions.
Maintain and update transaction status reports for attorneys and clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in commercial real estate.
Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions and related legal documents.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
