Job Summary:
Our Atlanta based client is seeking an experienced Market Research Manager to lead their market research efforts. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in all aspects of the market research process; scoping/designing research events, implement insights strategies, analyzing data, and (most important!) delivering actionable insights to guide the company's marketing, product development, and overall business strategies.
Responsibilities
Manage all phases of research projects, from initial planning and design to data collection, analysis, and reporting
Design and execute comprehensive market research programs to gather insights on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape
Design and execute research studies to gather insights on potential homebuyers' preferences, needs, and purchasing behavior
Develop and present detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development to integrate research findings into business strategies
Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of research data
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of research methodologies and tools, continuously improving processes
Develop and manage research budgets and timelines
Analyze complex data sets using statistical software and advanced analytical techniques to identify key trends and insights
Manage relationships with external research vendors and partners
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in market research or a related field
Proven track record of managing market research projects from start to finish
Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong Intellectually Curiosity
Proficiency in statistical software and data analysis tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies (particular emphasis on Quantitative)
Expertise in survey design and data collection methods
