Full stack Lead

What will you do?Technical Leadership:Lead the full stack development team in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.Project Management:Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Development:Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components.Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility.Integrate third-party APIs and services.Maintenance and Optimization:Monitor and optimize application performance.Troubleshoot and resolve issues and bugs.Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the most effective tools and techniques.Collaboration and Communication:Foster a collaborative environment within the development team and with other departments.Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to explain technical concepts and progress.Prepare and deliver technical documentation and reports.What are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.Expertise in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar.Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role is preferred.
