The IT Project Tech Lead (C13)is for an experienced, hands-on IT professional who is skilled in management of Technology Book of Work while adhering to mandated policies and procedures for executing and reporting on status of Technology Initiatives and management of risks and issues including associated mitigation plans. This role will be responsible for end-to-end execution of the assigned product plan, promoting coordination across various groups responsible for the delivery of the plan and maintaining quality updates in PTS (Project Tracking System) on milestone status, risks & issues and dependencies. This role also entails proactive management of escalations and mitigation plans. This role will liaise with many senior stakeholders and multiple teams to obtain the needed information to drive the Tech BOW Initiative. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas. Responsibilities: Act as a gatekeeper of the Consent Order (CO) Data Technology plan quality and establish a robust review process to identify anomalies. Work towards closure of the Technology CO Data plan gaps to help the firm progress against exiting the Consent Order. Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies to remove obstacles and drive effective risk mitigation plans across relevant products and projects. Act as Senior point of escalation across CO plan, resolution of risk/issues and ensure timely closure of escalation events in PTS. Prepare content and meeting minutes for respective product meetings and liaise with product Stakeholders and SMEs to have an end-to-end view of health of CO delivery for the assigned products. Be responsible for status reporting including developing commentary for Technology milestones and tailor messaging based on target audience. Proactively engage with Lines of Business PMOs and Transformation Leads to ensure best practices and requirements are shared across groups. Support Milestone Closure activities to ensure timely completion of milestones in sustainability. Ensure proper artifacts exists and stored centrally at a milestone level. Govern PTS Management activities to comply with CPMC guidelines and ensure PTS data quality and process adherence. Manage internal stakeholders across Risk, Finance, Business product owners and application owners to ensure proper communication, seamless collaboration, and expectations with all levels of stakeholders. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards. Qualifications: 6 years' experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field Proven stakeholder management and team leadership skills Must possess excellent verbal skills with the ability to communicate to senior audiences Experience in Financial Services environment is an advantage Education: Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience Master's degree preferred US Work Sponsorship not available at this time.
