The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SQL Server, WCF, WinForms, and WPF, and will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems. Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs using .NET technologies.Database Management:

Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, transactional based systems, and database schema in SQL Server.Application Development:

Build and enhance WinForms and WPF applications with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.Architecture:

Designed and implemented scalable software architecture and design patterns to optimize performance, maintainability, and extensibility across multiple applications and clients.Technical Leadership:

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, including code reviews and best practice recommendations.Problem-Solving:

Identify and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs in a timely manner.Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, project managers, business analysts, and clients to deliver comprehensive solutions.Documentation:

Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for systems, processes, and applications.Continuous Improvement:

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies and apply this knowledge to improve development processes and practices.Qualifications:Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in .NET development with a focus on backend systems.Technical Skills:Proficiency in .NET Core and .NET Framework.Strong experience with SQL Server, including database design, query optimization, and stored procedures.Solid knowledge of WinForms and WPF for building and maintaining desktop applications.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and WCF web services.Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Desirable:

Experience with AWS, localization, and modern DevOps practices is a plus.
